Summary

mynovelty.io is a chess analysis platform that provides engine analysis, repertoire management, and game database features. These terms govern your use of our services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use mynovelty.io. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Data Collection

We collect the information necessary to provide our services, including account registration data, game files you upload, engine analysis requests, and usage telemetry. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.

Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to deliver mynovelty.io:

• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
• Google — OAuth sign-in
• Chess.com — Game import via OAuth
• Lichess — Game import via OAuth

User Rights

You retain ownership of the game files and repertoire data you upload. You grant mynovelty.io a limited license to process that data to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless legally required to retain it longer.
